1.In-Depth Communication to Understand Needs
We believe that a good start is half the battle. In the first step, we will conduct detailed communication with customers to understand the final use of the product, the usage environment, and whether there are special performance requirements such as weather resistance and scratch resistance. This ensures that the colors we mix are not only good-looking but also "practical", perfectly meeting customer requirements.
2.Scientific analysis to select the benchmark
The color card or physical sample provided by the customer is the basis of our work. Our colorists will carefully analyze the sample with professional equipment, accurately judge its color composition, and establish the correct direction for subsequent color mixing.
3.Fine debugging and repeated comparison
This is the most critical core link. Colorists will mix base raw materials with color powders and additives in the laboratory mixer. For every slight increase or decrease in pigments, a small sample will be taken and repeatedly compared with the customer's original sample. We observe color differences and continuously adjust the formula until both the naked eye and instruments confirm that the color is infinitely close. This process requires great patience and experience.
4.Strict confirmation to ensure stability
After the initial color matching is successful, we will record the accurate formula and re-produce a confirmation sample in strict accordance with this formula. We will conduct a comparative test with the customer's sample again and send it to the customer for confirmation to ensure that the formula is 100% correct and can be reproduced in production, eliminating the risk of color difference during mass production.
5.Standard packaging and proper storage
After confirmation, we will package the color masterbatch or color paste exclusive to this order in a standardized and sealed manner to prevent moisture or contamination, ensuring the stability and freshness of the pigments before adding.
6.Classification and filing, special materials for special use
Finally, we will classify the prepared pigments and clearly mark the customer's order information to ensure that the customer's exclusive color can be accurately distributed to the production line, realizing the use of special materials for special purposes.
