Precision Winding & Weighing
- Recoiling / Winding: During the recoiling process, the tension is dynamically adjusted to ensure consistent film tightness. As the roll diameter increases, the winding speed is automatically reduced to maintain optimal layer alignment and prevent deformation.
- Weighting: Each PVC film roll is precisely weighed using an electronic weighing scale, with the data instantly synchronized to the computer system for clear weight verification. The weight tolerance must not exceed the specified upper and lower limits.
Rigorous Dual Inspection
- The quality controller puts the PVC film on the display board and carefully checks the quality of the goods for air mark, lay flat, dirty or other product problems.
- The quality controller is measuring the circumference of PVC film (to avoid the size inconsistency at both ends of the product and ensure that the quality of each product delivered to the customer is the best).
Protective Packaging
- Upon confirmation of product quality compliance, PE foam is applied to protect the PVC film from external damage, followed by final packaging with membrane cloth.
- Labeling (according to customer requirements).
- Mark the order number and number of goods on each board. (avoid missing packing and can check quantity easily).
Global Logistics Readiness
Then the forklift master forks the pallet into the warehouse, waiting for the container to be loaded, and the goods can be transported across the sea to customers all over the world.
